The apartments were large enough, we fell like at home over the week we spent there, there is everything you need to prepare your own meals (except groceries shopping of course). We loved staying by the pool with our little one, breakfast and dinner were always very good (and actually the best food we had in Gran Canaria to be honest). The staff was very gentle with us and our son. The guy by the pool was also adorable, always bringing toys to the kids, he's doing a great job there, I hope this is recognized! The sports room is also well equipped, everything you need to exercise a few times during your holidays (I would just remove the ambient spray that was quite strong and not needed, especially when you are exercising...)

The place is beautiful, new and clean. The staff is very helpful and kind, especially Mihaela who always made us smile at breakfast with her cheerful personality! Also the bar is very convenient when you want to have a drink or bite by the pool. Best place I've been to on booking and will definitely come again!

Vilaflor is a cute little town away from the toirist scene. we did not use the spa. the garden with the pool was very agreable. staff was very nice and helpfull

Very nice complex and the apartment offered everything we needed for our stay with our child (1 year). Pools were heated and perfect after a day out. Staff was very helpful and fixed any issue we encountered swiftly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay outside the main touristic regions, perfect with children.

Hotel Emblemático Holiday Time se encuentra en Santa Cruz de la Palma, a pocos pasos de Playa de Santa Cruz de La Palma, y dispone de bar, habitaciones libres de humo y wifi gratis. El desayuno es muy bueno, tienen tartas hechas en el día por una de las cocineras, riquísimas. Todo el personal ha sido super amable y simpáticos. La habitación es amplia y con vistas al mar, en el centro mismo de la capital.
